I made this for a co-worker. She wanted a surgery themed cake. There is no a lot of surgery cakes on the internet so I came up with this. :-)

Well done! But I'm curious about the white pieces - are these checks? I'm not sure about the cost of plastic surgery, so I assume it's that expensive.
