Couse Iii Final Cake
This is my final cake for my course III class. It is a butter cake covered in fondant, with fondant swags, and buttercream flowers and roses. The instructor left it up to us to choose the style and design of our cakes. She wanted us to us our creativity for our final cake. I was pleased with the way my cake turned out.
