This is a made from scratch wedding cake for a local musical celebrity Sofien Safta,the cake topper is a replica of his Guitar. an unusual wedding cake not only because of the design but it was the first of its kind in Tunisia. which can be seen as the cake was put together by a couple of guests while I was bringing in the kitchen cake....and oh dear they didnt line it up or use the markers so it looks rather wonky...it went down really well though and is well known as THE wedding cake, the first English style, made by an English woman, wedding cake to be made for a Tunisian Celebrity....and I made and designed it! all the cake and the fondant was made from scratch, and all the piping was done freehand in a blck royal icing.
