Winner's Circle Cake! This jockey topper I created for my Uncle. The cake was supposed to be for the end of August but Hurricane Irene squashed any chance for this lucky jockey to have a cake. I promised my Uncle that I would get him his cake before he goes south for the winter. So here we go.
