Elizabeth's Wedding Cake

A wedding cake we just finished. 13", 10", and 7" (double) tiers. Top tier is fresh banana cake with Vanilla Bean Italian meringue butter cream, middle tier Chocolate Cabernet Wine Cake with Cabernet Blackberry filling and Chocolate IMBC, bottom tier Apricot Almond Cake with layers of apricot preserves topped with chopped toasted almonds and Amaretto IMBC. Frosted in IMBC and covered in dark chocolate fondant. Handmade scrolls and bead trim on hexagon tier are embellished with edible copper luster dust. Decorated with fresh Flame Calla Lilies, Roses, magenta Orchids and green Hydrangea, and clumps of Fresh Cabernet Savignon Wine Grapes.
