I made this cake for my niece's 4th birthday. I got this idea from MJoycake...I just changed a couple of little things. I used the Wilton Wonder Mold cake pan and bought a Tinkerbell doll and took her clothes off and stuck her in to the chilled cake. I iced the cake in buttercream then made the "dress pieces" out of fondant, including the top of her dress. Everything else is also made out of fondant.
