Thank you to whoever was the first one to design the diaper bag with the bows, there are many versions of this cake on the internet as well as this site and I appreciate the inspiration. The cake is strawberry with cream cheese buttercream frosting covered in fondant. all of the accessories are made with fondant. This cake took me forever to complete but I am happy with the way it turned out.
