Inspired by many of the under the sea themed cakes and the octopus on mireillea's rainbow roses cake, this cake is Chocolate cake filled with Vanilla Chocolate Chip Swiss Meringue Buttercream and covered in Vanilla American Buttercream with fondant accents, sugar pearls and sugar sand.
