Made this for my niece's 21st. I've made several of these types of cakes before but always in buttercream, this time I used pastry pride...don't know what I was thinking. Still, I'm happy with the results. I used the Wilton frosting sheets for the first time to make the stars on the sides. I would probably use it again.
