This cake has a base of chocolate/vanilla cake, then pina colada, strawberry, orange and lemon on top. I made candy seashells, so everything is edible. People did ask me if I used real sand! I used a mixture of Sugar in the Raw and cinnamon. The frosting is butter cream.
