My Bestie asked me to make my Goddaughter's 1st birthday cake. This is what I came up with : ) The large cake and her little smash cake were banana flavored with a whipped vanilla mousse filling (that everyone raved over) and the cupcakes were white with a cream cheese frosting. The cakes are frosted in vanilla buttercream and the polka dots, flowers, bows and ears are fondant.
