i had a request for this one for a 21st birthday. I did this one purely using fondant, covered it in white and cut out the triangle replaced it with green, cut out the kangaroo shape and replaced it with gold - i'd never tried to do anything like this before and i'd have to say it's the hardest cake i've done so far.
