This was only my 4th wedding cake. Man I hope they get LESS stressful. Done in buttercream. 1st time making roses. I like the little ones better then the ones on top but I'll keep working on them. The diamond pattern was also a struggle because I had to use a buttercream with different shortening then I'm used to working with and it didn't set up as well.
