4 layer apple cake with cream cheese caramel filling, frosted in vanilla buttercream (half shortening half butter recipe). Super easy...Used a 1M open star tip and swir it around a couple times...This is my first attempt at this technique. There is definite room for improvement, but it was a fun cake for my husband and I and overall I'm happy with how it turned out. The first photo is before I sprayed it with the Wilton color spray (red then pink). TFL :)
