Pumpkin cake, apple cider cinnamon filling with a layer of thinly sliced baked apples, cream cheese apple cider cinnamon frosting. It frosted surprisingly well. The cream cheese fondant I used...It tasted pretty good. It's for sure too soft to do much with. I made a welcome mat and pumpkins with it. these pics are before the humidity hit them :( I don't have pics of the bleeding afterwards I don't have a "grass" tip. So, I had a small "star" tip, and opted for grass "patches" vs all over grass. I think I like the effect better. They said the cake was a hit! Everyone kept coming back for more. Her husband, who normally does *NOT* eat cake, had 2 slices & everyone was totally in love with the filling!
