I took a class w/Peggy Tucker to make the topper and saved it over 1 month to put on a cake so I could keep it. The cake was made for our Harvest Sunday (though I know it's not very harvest-like). Banana cake w/banana cream filling and white choc. ganache under mmf. I made the extra flowers and pieces weeks after the class.
