I made the cupcakes strawberry cake mix and filled each cupcakes (24) with strawberry filling with buttercream. I made the Hello Kitty face with fondant and painted the whiskers with food coloring. I also iced the cupcakes with buttercream. Half of the cupcakes with in pink and purple liners.
