Basket O' Flowers
Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. I made this cake because I had experimented with gum paste and had made the daisies and pansies (I think that's what they are) and didn't have anything to do with them. Then my friend invited us over for dinner and voila- instant Easter cake!
