Dish iced in ganache and covered with fondant. Scoops and banana iced in swiss meringue buttercream with ganahe poured over. Real whipped cream & sprinkles, and fondant cherries on top. Dish is a carved 9 inch round. Scoops are wilton mini balls, bananas are carved from an 8 inch round. Cake, filling and frosting flavors all match design elements (the banana is banana cake with fresh banana filling, and banana frosting, etc).
