Purple castle cake for a 5 years old princess (all made from scratch). Chocolate cake with vanilla filling. Turrets are swiss rolls covered with fondant. Roofs and carriage are made of a paste (ground biscuits, sugar, butter and melted chocolate) and covered with fondant.. First time castle cake, carriage and figurine. Happy with the result but still room for improvement :)
