This cake is for the son of my former brother in law. His son is 29 and decided to make a change and join the military to serve on a submarine. Red velvet 14" single layer cake was split (only for former inlaws that i LIKE would I do this for!) and filled with cream cheese. Edible Image Plaque with Navy emblem with gold rope trim, little Sailor Cap made with rice krispy treats and fondant/gum paste mix. White chocolate anchor and stars, dragees and scrolls.
