I made this cake to honor the 10th anniversary of September 11th, 2001. I saw a documentary on the 9/11 Museum and the many memorials that sprang up all over New York following the attacks. I wanted to do something in rememberance of those brave souls that would resemble those memorials. I took it to work, and a man that was from New York and was there on that fateful day, saw it and began to cry and he said that I absolutely captured the many fence memorials that were around New York. God Bless those many brave souls, and God Bless the USA!
