this was my first topsy turvey cake, for a 40th birthday cake. one tier was white cake with raspberry buttercream, and then the other was chocolate cake with a coffee butter cream. was so fun doing this cake, and I know I would do things a bit different next time, but over all for my first I'm happy with it.
