We are very proud of the finished product. There is no rice cereal treats in this design, the neck was made of (7) 2" round cakes. For the head I used (2) 10" square cakes, the antlers copper tubing. I took about 2 hours to carve and must have weighed about 60 lbs. We also got lucky because we knew someone with a mounted deer's head. I highly suggest trying to find a "real" deer's head (mounted) to really have a reference on how to create a better design.
