A little cake I made to welcome a new neighbor. It is an extra-tall chocolate 4-inch with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream mini swirls and a fondant fabric-type flower on top. I've seen these swirls/roses big on many other cakes and wanted to try a smaller version. I liked the overall effect. TFL!
