My niece wanted a cake with chocolate bars on top for her birthday this year. Thanks to MessiET for the inspiration on this cake. If you want to re-create this, you'll need 3 king-sized Kit Kat bars and about 1/2 -2/3 bag of M&Ms for an 8" round. Unfortunately, my blue fondant bow broke as I was attaching it, and it was too late to create a new one. Next time, I'll use a regular, non-edible ribbon, but I was trying to go for a 100% edible cake. (Well, except for the eyeglasses on the figurine.)
