I made ths for a customer who's hubby was turning 50. He enjoys fly fishing and this was a last minute surprise for him. The cake is dark chocolate cake with vanilla bean BC filling and covered in BC icing. Everything is edible except for the fence posts. For those I used small dowel and thread. The rocks are fondant that I just pressed into shapes and let dry.
