Cake made for a friend's girlfriend's birthday. She was a fan of the Game of Thrones television series and especially liked the Dragon storyline. Cake is chocolate with chocolate buttercream. Covered in fondant. Map of Westeros and Essos moulding chocolate is underneath the fondant to make the mountains and the shape of the lands. Dragon made out of modelling chocolate and covered in fondant and airbrushed. Dragon eggs solid chocolate also covered in fondant and airbrushed. Tried to create dragon with gumpaste but found modelling chocolate much easier to work with. Very time consuming. Only thing i would do differently is ease up on the b lack airbrushing cuz you lose some of the detailing in the pics.
