The bride also sent a picture of this cake and it was originally a 5 tier wedding cake and she picked the layers she loved the most. First time working with whipped icing and I won't lie when you are used to buttercream the normal smoothing techniques don't work. I think it turned out ok. Not great but ok. And I need more practice with pipping.. WASC cake with raspberry filling and iced with whipped icing.
