this poor child was allergic to wheat, gluten, eggs, butter, all dairy products, oil......very challenging. he was a big spiderman fan and this was the first time he ever got to have a cake. very cool.

I made it from coconut oil, egg substitute, milk substitute, processed the butter a special way the mom told me etc... It cost 75.00 just for the groceries for the cake!
