A birthday cake made for my mum turning 58. Her favorite color is purple and she loves roses.

Cake was double chocolate cake with fresh black raspberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream (made from organic black raspberries that I picked from a local berry farm). Covered in chocolate ganache and vanilla cream fondant.

Handmade sugar roses, sugar pearls and sugar lace. Everything is edible!
