I loved making these! It was so fun giving each horse a different facial expression. It's a 6" caramel cake w/ caramel buttercream icing, 15 chocolate cupcakes (filled w/ chocolate pudding) and iced w/ chocolate buttercream, and 15 buttercake cupcakes (filled w/ vanilla pudding) and iced w/ buttercream icing. Everything is fondant...My husband made the cupcake stand for me out of piping and plywood...I covered it in cake paper and ribbon. TFL
