This is a vanilla chiffon cake with fresh strawberry cheesecake frosting with RKT pillars, handmade chocolate shells dusted with petal dust, gumpaste pail and shovel, with a graham cracker and sugar in the raw "sand". This was alot of fun for a end of contract year party for my hubby's work. The cake was 4 10" square cakes with a strawberry cheesecake filling. This tasted great with the graham cracker sand. I also served an angel lush(vanilla custard, crushed pineapple, whipped topping) on the side with fresh toasted coconut. So to plate: lush, cake slice, coconut. Yummm!!!

The pail and shovel was coated in a edible spray lacquer for fondant/gumpaste for shine. Worked great. The chocolate shells were fun to make and dust.
