Yesterday was the perfect day to have a Swimming Birthday Party but the worse day to be making a cake - very hot and the humidity...argghh!

Here is the Phineas and Ferb cake - so far the most stressful cake I've made, everything was melting from the filling, icing and even the decorations during and after the assembly. Very scary drive to the venue. It made it to the party (this is a photo at the venue) but I saw some cream cheese filling oozing out of the fondant at the back part of the cake.

I really had to force my friend (the mom) to have the blowing of the candles first before anything else so we can immediatey cut the cake.
