I made this for Bubbles 26th Birthday :-) Its a Red Velvet Cake (made plum pink colour to match, not red) with buttercream in between each of the 5 layers. Its covered in white chocolate ganache & it has pink fondant cherry blossoms on top. It was SUPER sweet to eat!! :-) 08-03-11
