Horse is gumpaste, flowers are royal iceing. Fence is fondant, and buttercream iceing. Writeing is chocolate lettering. Make horse several days in advance so it has time to harden. All is edible.

Beautiful cake. Did you have a pattern for the horse? I'm wanting to put a horse on a cake, but not exactly sure how to start and what to use.
