These are some of the birthday cupcakes I made for my husband. Thanks to thefrostedcakencookie for their inspiration on the pumpkin cupcake. The top cupcakes are a chocolate cupcake with a cheesecake center and cream cheese frosting. The next two are pumpkin and red velvet both with cream cheese frosting. The next is an amazing coconut cupcake with vanilla buttercream, then garnished with coconut and buttercream birds. The ones on the far right are like an orange cream cooler. The other pictures are Vanilla cake with oreo baked inside, frosted with vanilla butter cream. The next picture is of a devil's food cake with mint butter cream. Next - the only one I was not real happy with Peanut butter cake with fudge frosting topped with nuts and a baby Nutter Butter cookie. Need a different recipe for peanut butter cake. Lastly is a lemon cake with vanilla butter cream . The were all so good it was hard to choose a favorite. Yum!!!
