My friend who obsessed with hippo requested to have a hippo cake for her 29th birthday of course, my first time making it and the cake fell apart when I get it out from pan, that is why the surface is not smooth...next time will be more careful. I did not ice the cake with anything because she do not want anything but just a vanilla cake with fondant. Feels like missing something, weird....haha
