Eleazar is an avid biker and his wife wanted to surprise him with a bike themed cake. The bike matches his bike that he had tricked out himself. I researched some bike trail signs and copied them onto fondant. The cake is DDCSC/Butter marble with marshmallow/cream cheese filling and frosted with butterceam. The decorations are fondant. TYFL
