I wanted to try my hand at a box parcel cake so did this for my friends birthday. She loved it, it turned out better than i had hoped. I am still struggling with bows and the middle of this one is a bit messy but I am learning each time I do one. the bottle was made in a mould and was much harder to do than I thought it would be. Roses are gumpaste. chocolate cake filled with ganach.
