Pardon the graphic nature, but he wanted the deer to be "bleeding". 1/4 Sheet Cake: Yellow & Chocolate Marble Cake w/BC icing; chocolate fudge wording & trim; malted milk crumb trail; jelly-bean rocks; plastic figures & trees. The "blood" is royal icing.
