Thank you to the cc-ers that inspired this cake! A friend saw a picture on CC and decided it would be perfect for her son's 9th birthday! I did have a little sliding going on as she really wanted banana filling- so i agreed to fill the bottom layer of the bottom tier and bottom layer of top.... frosted in buttercream. trees are buttercream piped over a fondant/gumpaste cone shape. . rocks were made of fondant. 'dirt road' s crumbled vanilla and chocolate cake. Hope I did the original some justice!
