Bottom - dark chocolate with chocolate ganache, middle and top tiers are coconut cream cake with coconut buttercream. All covered in MMF. First really heavy cake - about 65lbs I believe. I was also a guest at the wedding and spent the whole time worried the cake would implode lol, even with the dowel supports :)
