My 10-yr old daughter made this cake for this year's fair entry. She did all the work herself and took 1st place. All the candy is gumpaste. She used an extruder with 2 colors in it to shape and roll the lollipops. She rolled "gumdrops" in colored/crystal sugar. The ice cream cone was RKT covered in fondant with a real cone. She got the ideas from various different cakes here on CC.
