What's NOT a disaster on this cake? It was for a 2011 graduate whose been accepted to the USAF Academy. It was supposed to say "Congratulations" but in my haste to finish the cake, I misspelled it :-( Not only was there a misspelling, but my icing job was HORRIBLE and uneven. It was a cream cheese buttercream and I had the hardest time covering the cake w/it. I tried to add as many decorations as I could to cover up the messy parts, like the stars along the sides and the bead border in the corners.
