This is a cake I made for 2 Teachers that just graduated. Top is chocolate cake with chocolate filling covered in chocolate ganche and then fondant. Middle cake is red velvet with creamcheese icing covered in chocolate ganache and then fondant, bottom layer is blueberry lemon cake with covered in white chocolate ganache then fondant. I added the two apples on top and in the end added a 'graduating book worm' to both cakes and removed the second leaf from the larger apple but forgot to take final picture ;) the cake was a hit!
