Anniversary cake for a couple celebrating 30 years. Both avid Elk hunters, they wanted a cake with just an "elk on top or something". The cake was half french vanilla with whipped vanilla cream filling and half dark chocolate with milk chocolate ganache filling. Covered marshmallow fondant and the hill was chocolate fondant. Trees were rice crispy treats and royal icing. Served 50+. $70.
