Grandma's Casino Bday
I made this for my grandmother's 86th BDay. Not real happy how it turned out but I started too late on the design. It is 4 6" cakes with a little shaved off of one side with Tahitian Vanilla BC (I don't like the flavor as much as the Mexican Vanilla--just tried something different). DH helped make the casino edible image and he wasn't getting the idea.
This is VERY CUTE, I would love to know how you made it and how did you make the image :D
Found the Casino parrot at the Casino website. Printed on regular paper and enlarged. Then in Print Shop made the letters. Scanned enalrged parrot back to computer along wth the "Isle of Capri Casino" letters and then printed an edible image. DH scanned the wrong wy so I cut the parrot out and then each word and placed on cake. Each 6" cake is on its side with BC between to act as glue, then frosted and smoothed with papertowel. Added chocolate gold coins spilling out of the top.
I think it turned out great Mac! I know that she loved it! It's so cute!
