My second charlota. One of my coworkers had been asked to bring one to his kid's school and he didn't even know what it was but called me up anyway to order one. He was very pleased with what he saw and tasted.

Thanks a lot. I am actually happy because my coworkers and neighbors prefer this cake to a similar cake made by a very well known bakery in my town...They have acutally told me the quality is better.

no, the ladyfingers atre store bought. I do have a great recipe for thme but just didn't have the time to make them myself.
