This is the biggest cake I have done so far. It's a 12" base. It didn't come out as nice as i wanted and there was some cracking during the 30 min. trip to the church building that I could mostly patch up. Overall, it was a learning experience, and when I pick myself up off the floor tomorrow, I'll be ready to do it again! (Gluten Free Chocolate & Strawberry cake. Gum paste roses on top & my first fondant roses at the base.)
